Production Laborer — Urgently hiring   in Biddeford!

Job Title: Production Laborer


Pay: $20.00 per hour


Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

As a Production Laborer, you'll be a vital part of the team supporting daily operations by processing corrugated cardboard to produce high-quality boxes. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in every step of the process.

What You'll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.
  • Adding color logos and cutting out sections of cardboard using metal dies with precision.
  • Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Supporting team efforts to optimize workflow and uphold safety protocols.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of previous manufacturing or production experience.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch accurately.
  • Good comprehension of written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.
