Job Title: Aluminum MIG Welder / Fabricator
Pay: $25+ per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Naples, ME
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Aluminum MIG Welder looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow? This position offers hands-on fabrication work in a team-oriented environment, with the potential to step into a leadership role over time.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform manual MIG welding on aluminum materials
  • Fabricate and assemble components based on specifications
  • Interpret measurements and apply basic math for accurate builds
  • Handle materials as needed to support production flow
  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience with Aluminum MIG welding (GMAW)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read measurements and work from specifications
