Ready to get into a steady 1st-shift role where quality matters and your work directly impacts what ships to customers? If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable following work instructions, and like hands-on work with tools and measurements, this is a great opportunity.

  • Maintain a high standard for squareness, fit, interchangeability of parts, and overall integrity of finished units
  • Perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) as part of measuring and recording results
  • Work as part of a team in a manufacturing line and meet takt times
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the Assembly department
  • Focus on “do it right the first time” to support customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvement using Lean thinking—helping reduce scrap/rework, waiting, excess motion, overprocessing, etc.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision
