Manufacturing Associates Needed ASAP!

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Hours:
  • 1st Shift, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Fridays
  • 2nd Shift, 4 p.m. - 2 a.m., Monday - Thursday, and 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. on Fridays
(Overtime is Mandatory, may include Saturdays; Sundays are Voluntary with Double Time pay)

As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll support daily production operations in a busy, team-oriented environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high safety standards and quality.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate machinery and follow standard manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials along the production line.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.

What You’ll Bring:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and pay attention to detail.
  • A positive, dependable, and flexible attitude.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Steel-toed shoes (required from day one).
  • A Pre-Placement Background Check & Physical is completed if an offer is made

Location & Schedule:
  • This position is based in Lewiston, ME.
  • Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, plus occasional Fridays; some weeks may require five 10-hour days depending on workload.
  • Overtime is mandatory and scheduled as needed, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays are optional with double-time pay.
