Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Pay: $26-$28 Based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform essential maintenance and repair tasks across the facility, ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and handle everything from welding and wiring to part replacement and system calibration.

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.

  • Performing routine maintenance, including inspecting drives, motors, and belts, checking fluids, and replacing filters.

  • Lubricating, cleaning, or adjusting machinery and equipment.

  • Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools as needed.

  • Cutting, welding, and fabricating parts; measuring, cutting, and bending wire or conduit.

  • Reading and interpreting machine drawings, schematics, and manuals.

  • Assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical components, plumbing, and piping systems.

  • Operating and testing machinery to confirm proper functionality.

  • Using SAP software for maintenance transactions and recordkeeping.

  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Journeyman Electrical License.

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent background.

  • Boiler Operator Certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

  • Strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and shop math skills.

  • Ability to work independently and follow all safety standards.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.

  • Boiler Operator or Master Electrician License.

  • Familiarity with material control concepts.

  • Proven record of safety, attendance, and performance.
