Job Title: Painter Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hr Hours: 1st Shift (with flexibility for 2nd shift preferred) Start Date: After 2/16, temp-to-hire

As a Painter, you’ll play a key role in the final aesthetic and quality of our products. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality finishes that make a difference for our clients.
What You’ll Do As a Painter, you will be responsible for:
- Operate a paint sprayer within a dedicated paint booth to apply finishes to various signage.
- Prepare and paint a variety of materials including wood, metal, and plastic.
- Utilize different types of industrial and specialty paints according to project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace within the booth to ensure high-quality, debris-free finishes.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals and deadlines.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience: Proven background in painting (automotive, commercial, industrial, or fine arts).
- Adaptability: Ability to train on 1st shift and a willingness to transition to 2nd shift if needed.
- Preferred Skills: Previous experience in a production environment or the printing industry is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for consistency, texture, and color application.
