Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Gardiner, Maine
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (Mandatory Saturdays in December)

We are actively seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our dynamic team in Gardiner, ME! Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation: Skillfully prepare batters and fillings for a variety of delectable baked goods, maintaining our high-quality standards.
  • Assembly & Finishing: Assist in the assembly and finishing of baked products to ensure production goals are met.
  • Packaging: Properly wrap and box finished products for packaging and shipping, ensuring product integrity throughout the process.
  • Sanitation: Uphold cleanliness and organization in your work area by adhering to strict sanitation guidelines.
  • Flexibility: Collaboratively work across different departments within the production process as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate production equipment and machinery after completing thorough training.

What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • A reliable work ethic with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.

Location & Schedule:
