Job Description


Die Setter – 2nd Shift

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: 22/HR Based on Experience

  • Schedule: 2nd Shift 4 10's

About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Die Setter to support production on our stamping presses. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving equipment setup, material handling, and ensuring consistent quality. You’ll work closely with a team to keep production running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, install, and align dies on large stamping presses

  • Load and handle coils and other metal materials

  • Perform quality checks with standard measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)

  • Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments as needed

  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas

  • Assist with material movement and other production duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in machine operation, metalworking, or die setting preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to read technical instructions or drawings

  • Comfortable with measuring tools and basic shop math

  • Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player

  • Willing to become forklift certified if not already
