Job Title: Mechanical Assembler (2nd Shift)
Pay: $20/HR
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM + OT on Fridays
Start Date: ASAP (Training on 1st Shift)

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality industrial assemblies, helping to ensure products are built accurately, safely, and to exact specifications. You’ll work closely with a supportive production team to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

  • Working across multiple assembly substations, including building electrical exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating.

  • Using a variety of tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers.

  • Reading and interpreting work instructions and assembly blueprints.

  • Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year of manufacturing and/or assembly experience.

  • Ability to work confidently with hand tools.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Rochester, NH, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, plus overtime on Fridays. Training will take place on 1st shift.
