Job Title: Quality Assistant Pay: $19-$23/hour Hours: Full-time temp to hire Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Quality Assistant for a full-time, temp to hire position located in Round Pond, ME. The Quality Assistant will support the Quality Manager and Quality Specialist in maintaining exceptional product standards. The Quality Assistant successfully helps ensure that all products consistently meet the company's established quality metrics and specifications. This is a full-time, temp to hire position located in Round Pond, ME.
As a Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the development and analysis of statistical data and product specifications.
  • Supporting calibration activities and conducting workstation audits.
  • Helping to maintain essential documentation and contributing to special projects as needed.
  • Promoting safety, protecting equipment, and maintaining an orderly work environment.
  • Working respectfully and professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
  • The ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • The ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Good hearing and visual ability to observe and respond to safety conditions.
