Mechanical Assembler in Rochester, NH!

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $17–$19/hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime available on Fridays)
Start Date: Immediate openings!

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality products that meet precise mechanical and safety standards. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the assembly process.
What You’ll Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

  • Working across multiple substations of boiler assembly, including building exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating

  • Using a variety of tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers

  • Reading and interpreting work instructions and blueprints accurately

  • Ensuring products are built to specifications and meet quality standards

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience

  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Rochester, NH, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and overtime available on Fridays.
