Job Title: Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, managing a busy front desk and ensuring a professional atmosphere. You’ll work closely with the clinical team to deliver results that make a difference.


What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and coordinate closely with healthcare providers.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and manage inquiries with professionalism and patience.
  • Maintain accurate records within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as CounselEAR.
  • Perform accurate data entry within Microsoft Office applications and internal computer systems.
  • Provide clear instructions and high-quality service to patients during high-traffic periods.
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.


What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or medical front desk setting.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed during high-volume periods.
  • Proficiency with multi-line phones, multi-screen setups, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with EMR systems (CounselEAR preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, specifically the patience required to assist hearing-impaired patients.

Location & Schedule:
