Job Title: Customer Service Data Entry Specialist (ERP Orders)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring accurate order entry and data management. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service team to deliver timely results that enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Entering customer orders accurately into the company’s ERP system.
  • Reviewing order details for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintaining and updating customer and order records in internal systems.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Following established procedures for data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Supporting general administrative tasks related to order management as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience.
  • Proven order entry experience in an ERP system (required).
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP is a major plus.
