Job Title: Patient Service Representative (PSR)
Pay: $17.00/hr
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting patients warmly and managing check-in/check-out procedures
  • Answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments to optimize patient flow
  • Verifying insurance details and assisting with vision plan authorizations

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, scheduling, and online portals
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to maintain an organized and professional front desk area
