Job Title: Production Worker (CNC & Assembly)
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00/hr
Hours: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference in the signage and architectural graphics industry.


What You’ll Do:
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
  • Operate computer-based CNC programs to set up measurements and execute precision cuts.
  • Assemble various products including signage, acrylic, metal, and plastics to the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and operate manufacturing equipment according to set procedures.
  • Follow specific packaging instructions to ensure the safe transit of products to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize productivity and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members to meet daily schedules.
  • Perform quality control inspections on parts and finished goods.


What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment (printing or production experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy and a mechanical inclination with hand tools.
  • Personal Characteristics: A high value for detail and a strong team-oriented mentality.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, pushing, and pulling.
