Job Title: Purchasing Agent
Pay: $20-$26
Hours: M-F 8:30-12:30

As a Part-time Purchasing Agent, you'll support day-to-day purchasing operations by ensuring accurate data entry and smooth processing of purchase orders.


What You'll Do
As a Part-time Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for
  • Perform data entry for the purchasing department with a strong attention to accuracy
  • Approve purchase orders (P.O.s) through the online purchasing system
  • Enter and maintain purchase order details to support procurement workflows
  • Assist with administrative purchasing tasks to keep orders moving efficiently
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience with data entry and administrative support
  • Comfort using online systems and document processing tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and records
