Job Title: Quality Technician
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, and a half day on Friday! 36 hours a week!
Start Date: ASAP
Looking for a hands-on role with steady hours and long-term potential? Join a well-established manufacturing company in Rochester, NH as a Quality Technician and play an essential role in maintaining the highest quality standards across the production process.

As a Quality Technician, you’ll help ensure that all customer and company quality standards are met—from raw materials to finished goods. You’ll work closely with the Quality Manager and other team members to support inspections, documentation, and compliance activities that keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving testing reports from third-party laboratories

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ASME regulations and applicable industry codes

  • Receiving and inspecting returned products to determine quality and return category

  • Evaluating inbound goods, preparing documentation, and managing return transactions

  • Using metrology hand tools and small test fixtures to perform mechanical inspections

  • Collaborating with the MRB team to determine the disposition of nonconforming materials

  • Supporting company quality standards and 6S organization practices

  • Working independently with minimal supervision

  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical education preferred)

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar quality technician or inspection role

  • Strong math and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Familiarity with ASME Section II and IV (preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use

  • Experience with ERP systems such as M2K (inventory moves, RGA processing, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Location & Schedule
