Job Title: Quality Warehouse Worker
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate Opening

Join a detail-oriented warehouse team in Seabrook, NH as a Quality Warehouse Worker, handling telecommunications equipment and ensuring accurate, high-quality inventory management. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity offers stability and potential for advancement into leadership roles.

As a Quality Warehouse Worker, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, processing, and organizing materials while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. You’ll work closely with your team to keep inventory moving efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing telecommunications equipment

  • Inspecting materials for visible defects

  • Using barcode scanners to track serial and part numbers

  • Packaging and labeling items according to specifications (including ESD and weight limits)

  • Using ERP systems (SAP or similar) for inventory tracking

  • Performing light assembly using hand tools

  • Storing inventory according to specific guidelines

  • Occasionally using pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials (forklift certification not required)
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Must-Haves:

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in standing/bending positions

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong communication and reading skills in English

  • Positive attitude and desire to learn/grow

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior telecommunications warehouse experience

  • Forklift experience
