Job Title: Receptionist
Pay: $19/HR
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth workflow and creating exceptional experiences for both employees and customers by serving as the first point of contact for our office. You’ll collaborate closely with the administrative team to deliver results that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
  • Screening and distributing incoming calls as an active member of the call group.
  • Greeting clients, visitors, vendors, and marketing representatives with a professional demeanor.
  • Advising associates promptly and appropriately of visitor arrivals.
  • Preparing daily outgoing shipping for USPS Priority, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Gathering and organizing daily outgoing mail for timely distribution.
  • Processing FedEx and UPS payments according to established terms.
  • Completing additional administrative assignments as needed to support the office.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A polished professional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous reception experience is preferred.
  • The ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday on-site schedule in Bangor, ME.
