Job Title: Part-Time Floral Merchandiser
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 25–28 hours/week

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in maintaining vibrant, attractive floral displays that draw customers’ attention. You'll work closely with store staff at multiple locations, ensuring a seamless flow of product and elevating the shopping experience.


What You'll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
  • Receiving and accurately stocking floral products at various locations.
  • Setting up and maintaining appealing, organized floral displays that meet presentation standards.
  • Ensuring product rotation to keep flowers fresh and inventory levels optimal.
  • Building positive relationships with store staff to coordinate delivery schedules and merchandising efforts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of displays to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Assisting with delivery and merchandising during peak holiday seasons when extra hours are available.


What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
  • Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • The physical ability to lift, carry, and move floral products comfortably.
  • Reliable transportation to easily travel between locations.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site at various retail locations in Danvers, MA. The schedule includes early mornings on Mondays and Thursdays for deliveries (8–9 hours) and shorter shifts Tuesdays and Fridays at nearby locations (3–4 hours), with an additional weekend visit to both locations (Saturday afternoon or early Sunday morning, 3–4 hours). The overall hours are 25–28 per week, with potential to reach 40 hours during holiday peaks.
