Job Title: Systems Administrator/Network Engineer
Pay: $75k–$85k (plus mileage and weekly on-call stipend)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 
Start Date: ASAP

As a Systems Administrator/Network Engineer, you’ll manage critical infrastructure and provide high-level technical solutions for a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of 20 professionals and company ownership to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a Systems Administrator/Network Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage network installation, maintenance, and support for various client environments.
  • Design, develop, and configure robust network architectures to meet specific business needs.
  • Maintain and optimize server hardware and software infrastructure.
  • Provide high-level technical support both remotely and onsite at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot complex wired and wireless networking issues, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Participate in a predictable on-call rotation to ensure continuous client support.
  • Interface directly with clients to provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Education: An Associate’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certifications: Valid IT certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, or Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, or MCSE).
  • Personal Characteristics: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Licenses: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for travel to client sites.
  • Physical Abilities: The ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, kneel, and bend throughout the shift, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
