Job Title: Production Laborer
Pay: $19/hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP (following background check and drug screen)

As a Production Laborer, you’ll support the daily manufacturing process, help maintain efficient production flow, and ensure products meet quality standards. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team committed to producing high-quality goods in a safe, organized environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Laborer, you will:

  • Operate production line equipment and assist with general manufacturing duties.

  • Handle, move, and prepare materials as directed.

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.

  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.

  • Support production goals by following instructions and maintaining quality control.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

  • Strong communication skills and reliability.

  • Continuous, stable work experience in previous roles.

  • A willingness to learn and follow safety and production protocols.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or landscaping environments.

  • Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to multitask.
