Job Title: Temp Trailer Registration Specialist
Pay: $19-20 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Trailer Registration Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing trailer registration processes and ensuring smooth operations. You'll work closely with team members to deliver high-quality service and support.

What You'll Do
As a trailer registration specialist, you will be responsible for
  • Processing long-term and annual trailer registrations, including new registrations, transfers, duplicate certificates, lost plates, corrections, and titles
  • Scanning documents into document imaging software to maintain organized records
  • Answering phone calls and taking orders for new registrations
  • Cross-training to support other departmental functions as needed
  • Organizing and maintaining company files for all registrants
  • Assisting with additional tasks to improve business operations and customer service

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
  • Solid administrative and customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Treo, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), or similar software
  • Dependability and reliability in a repetitive task environment
  • A sunny disposition with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to daily tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn additional responsibilities
