Job Title: Tech Assistant
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Tech Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily laboratory operations. You'll assist with routine testing, equipment setup, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. You'll work closely with the laboratory team to uphold quality standards and ensure smooth operations every day.

What You'll Do
As a Tech Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing routine tests and basic quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.
  • Setting up laboratory equipment and preparing simple solutions as needed for testing procedures.
  • Following established Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in testing.
  • Keeping the work environment clean, safe, and well-organized to meet safety and quality regulations.
  • Tracking and recording test results accurately during quality control processes.
  • Supporting overall lab functions and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfort working in a process-driven environment.
  • Ability to keep workspaces neat, safe, and organized.
  • Willingness to learn and perform hands-on tasks in a laboratory setting.
  • Previous experience in a lab, manufacturing, or QC environment is a plus but not required.
