Job Title: Weekend Shift Mail Inserter Operator (High Volume)
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour + 11% Shift Differential
Hours: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Mail Inserter Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting various operational functions—making sure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to produce efficient, accurate mail output while emphasizing safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. Your daily responsibilities will include operating high-volume mailing machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and assisting with additional production support tasks as needed.

What You'll Do
As a Mail Inserter Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Verifying order information and ensuring printed materials match customer specifications
  • Operating mailing and inserting equipment efficiently to meet production goals
  • Troubleshooting basic mechanical and printing issues to keep production running smoothly
  • Setting up machines and handling product changeovers quickly and accurately
  • Prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and production needs
  • Maintaining logs of equipment performance and reporting any downtime or issues
  • Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and safe
  • Supporting handwork, scanning, warehouse, and office projects as needed
