Job Title: PT Floral Merchandiser
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 20 hours/week (Monday, Thursday, Tuesday/Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a fulfilling part-time role supporting vibrant floral displays? Join a dedicated team as a Floral Merchandiser in Augusta, ME, and help bring beauty and joy to customers every day.

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for maintaining and merchandising fresh floral displays that brighten the store and delight visitors. You'll collaborate with store leadership to ensure displays are eye-catching and fresh, with independence to manage your duties.

What You’ll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandise and maintain vibrant fresh floral displays.
• Water, clean, and care for floral products to ensure freshness.
• Complete light paperwork and follow planograms to ensure display accuracy.
• Lift, bend, and move floral products up to 40 lbs safely.
• Create inviting, attractive arrangements that brighten customers' days.
• Support additional hours during major floral holidays (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
• Travel within a 30-minute radius using your own vehicle, as needed, to cover vacations and outages.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.
• Driver's License and vehicle access for local travel.
• Prior floral or merchandising experience is a plus but not required — training provided!
