PT Floral Merchandiser – Manchester, NH — Urgently hiring in Manchester!

Job Title: Part-Time Floral Merchandiser
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Weekdays 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, additional hours during peak seasons (approx. 20-30 hours/week). Schedule also includes working approximately 2 hours on either Saturdays or Sundays!

Looking for a flexible, rewarding job that lets you work with beautiful fresh flowers? Join a friendly retail team as a Part-Time Floral Merchandiser in Manchester, NH and help create vibrant displays that brighten customers’ days.

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for bringing floral displays to life in store. You'll work closely with team leadership to ensure freshness and attractiveness of floral arrangements, as well as maintain the appearance of displays. This role offers a balance of independent work and team collaboration, with opportunities to support multiple store locations within the area.


What You'll Do
As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays
• Water, rotate, clean, and care for floral products
• Follow planograms and complete light paperwork
• Build attractive, eye-catching displays that enhance the customer experience
• Lift, move, and organize floral product and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate

Location & Schedule:
