Job Title: Order Selector
Pay: $18.50/hr
Hours: 12:00 PM to close (typically ending between 8 PM – 9 PM, depending on season)

What You'll Do
As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately pulling customer orders using warehouse equipment and technology.
  • Wrapping and staging pallets to prepare for delivery, ensuring stability and safety.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient operations.
  • Following all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Using proper body mechanics and equipment to move products efficiently and avoid injury.
  • Collaborating with your team to meet daily production targets and improve workflow.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in warehouse fulfillment, order pulling, or related roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout your shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Reliability and punctuality to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Comfort standing for long periods (6–12 hours) and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina and familiarity with warehouse equipment are a plus.
