Job Title: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Machine Operator, you’ll help ensure smooth production operations by running equipment safely, monitoring product quality, and collaborating with your team to meet goals and deadlines. Your work helps keep production efficient and products top-notch.
What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and preparing machinery for production, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

  • Operating machinery to blend, mix, package, or transport liquid or dry chemicals according to established procedures.

  • Monitoring the production process and making adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.

  • Inspecting and testing product samples to ensure high standards.

  • Maintaining accurate production and quality records.

  • Following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate protective equipment.

  • Cleaning and maintaining machinery and the work area.

  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.

  • Troubleshooting basic machine issues or escalating to maintenance when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional extended hours.

  • A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
