Job Title: Quality Technician
Pay: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, and a half day on Friday! (Total of 36 hours per week)
Start Date: 12/01/2026

In this vital role, you will help ensure compliance with both customer and internal quality requirements, from raw materials to finished goods. Collaborating closely with the Quality Manager and your team, you will support essential inspections, documentation, and compliance activities that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing and approving testing reports from third-party laboratories.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ASME regulations and applicable industry codes.
  • Receiving and inspecting returned products to determine quality and categorization for returns.
  • Evaluating inbound goods, preparing documentation, and managing return transactions.
  • Using metrology hand tools and small test fixtures to execute mechanical inspections effectively.
  • Collaborating with the MRB team to determine the disposition of nonconforming materials.
  • Supporting company quality standards and 6S organization practices.
  • Working independently while managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (technical education preferred).
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality technician or inspection role.
  • Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Familiarity with ASME Section II and IV (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as M2K (inventory moves, RGA processing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
