Job Title: Financial Office Controller (#166526)

Financial Office Controller Pay Range: Starting at $20.00 hourly, commensurate with experience

Financial Office Controller Schedule: 1st shift, slightly flexible hours

Financial Office Controller Start Date: ASAP

 

The Financial Office Controller position in Lisbon Falls is responsible for preparing and maintaining all financial records and accounting procedures for the company and to oversee the administrative office staff. You will have a solid understanding of account and managing reports, as well as employee benefits. Successful candidates will be detail oriented with strong leadership skills. This is a full time, temp to hire position with the possibility of direct hire for the right candidate.

 

Financial Office Controller Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred, related controller experience can be substituted for education

  • Five years minimum full-charge bookkeeping and accounting experience in a contracting/construction company is required.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.

  • Ability to write financial reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

  • Must work well independently or as part of a team

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to multitask
