Job Title: Medical Secretary (#167656)

Medical Secretary Pay Range: $13-15.00 hourly

Medical Secretary Schedule: Part time, 30 hours weekly, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, M-F

Medical Secretary Start Date: ASAP


The Medical Secretary position in Bangor, Maine is responsible assisting the Medical Education Manager in the tracking of physician CME credits through computer data entry and CME accreditation compliance. Organizes the quarterly CME committee meeting. Serves as a support for the Manager and CME Director and provides back up for the Medical Education Coordinator in the maintenance of rotations on behalf of medical students and others including assignments, living arrangements, parking, etc. Must demonstrate flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks, and proficient at keyboarding. This is a part time, temporary contract position.


Medical Secretary Qualifications: 

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Previous administrative experience preferred

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to use a multi-line phone system

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail oriented
