Job Title: Office Administrator (#165102)

Office Administrator Pay Range: $17-19.00 hourly

Office Administrator Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F

Office Administrator Start Date: ASAP

 

The Office Administrator position in Augusta, Maine is responsible for scheduling appointments, validating insurance and payment authorization, inputting claims, processing payments, performing account collections, conducting billing research and responding to telephone inquiries. You will have a solid understanding of standard front office administrative duties. Successful candidates will have strong data entry and customer service skills. This is a full time position with the possibility of temp to hire for the right candidate.

 

Office Administrator Qualifications: 

  • High School Graduate or GED required

  • Prior experience working in a medical office & with electronic medical records

  • At least 2 years of office administration experience required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Great customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
