Job Title: Service Coordinator (#165824)

Service Coordinator Pay Range: $15.00 hourly to start, includes a raise after 90 days.

Service Coordinator Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday

Service Coordinator Start Date: ASAP

 

The Service Coordinator position in Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling deliveries, coordinating worksites, working with customers on warranties, and coordinating repairs and maintenance. You will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and administrative scheduling. Successful candidates will be highly organized and detail oriented. This is a full time, temp to hire position.

 

Service Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Administrative or clerical experience is helpful, but not required

  • Must be comfortable working on Microsoft Office

  • Strong customer service skill set

  • Ability to handle high volume tasks efficiently and effectively

  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
